Overnight Stay Rates (1-2 people)
One night stay - $325. Includes the main floor of the house. Sleeps 2 people in a queen bed.
Check-in at 12 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m.
$150 non-refunable booking deposit. $250 security deposit paid 3 months propr (or at time of booking within 3 months of stay) will be refunded if no damages found.
*There is a 6% excise tac that will be due with any overnight stay
Overnight Stay Rates (3+ people)
One night stay - main floor ($325), main floor & second floor ($750), whole house ($950), 15-19 people ($675), Children 2 and under are free.
Check-in at 12 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m.
Non-refundable booking deposit: main floor ($150), main floor & second floor ($350), whole house ($450). $500 security deposit paid 3 months prior (or at time of booking within 3 months of stay) will be refunded if no damages found.
Full Day Rates
Full day rental - $325*
Includes the main floor of the house only, 15-hour rental, $25 for each additional hour, $150 non-refundable deposit. $250 security deposit paid 3 months prior (or at time of booking within 3 months of stay) will be refunded if no damages found.
*Deposit due at time of booking. Final payment is due 3 onths prior (or at time of booking within 3 onths of stay) to your stay and/or event.

Guests furnish their own food/meals.
Non-smoking only, no pets allowed, children welcome, wheelchair accessible.
Wi-Fi Internet, television, magazines, books and nature trails are available as well.
