OUTDOOR SPORTSMANS PARADISE IN THE LAND OF LINCOLN

Illinois Whitetail Deer and Wild Turkey Hunting

Don't let the name fool you, there is no game being stocked at this working corn and soybean farm. One hundred percent  wild game and fair chase is how you will hunt free ranging whitetail deer in this 745 acre spectacular piece of property consisting of rolling fields, ponds, lake, timber, cliffs and creek along the Spoon river in Peoria county , Illinois. Hosting a variety of trophy wildlife, this lightly hunted property that has not been on the market since the early 1900's having abundant food, cover, water,  and large continuous acreage was recently purchased by local lifelong farmer Doug Milby who knows what it takes to improve land to its maximum potential. We hunt from treestands and box blinds in areas were a Boone and Crockett buck could emerge at anytime making for an exciting hunt while taking in the beauty of the terrain. There is a cabin located next to two ponds that makes a great place to eat lunch. Shotgun with sluggs only and 3 shot plug or single shot muzzleloader is the way to legally hunt this paradise centrally located in one of the top whitetail deer states in the USA.
